Kaz was terrific and helped us with everything. Seeing I had a cane she took my suitcase upstairs without being asked We had a tight morning schedule and she had our breakfast ready promptly at 9 so we go make our lakes tour one day and our train the next. When asked booking.com was discouraging about this request and sent me a curt email
Hostess was kind, attentive and most helpful. The Elleray is very convenient to the Windermere train station, to busses connecting other Lake District locations, and to the Mountain Goat tours departure. The pub seemed quite popular with an attractive menu.
Location, friendly staff, nice pub and terrace, charming
Super friendly and kind staff. Excellent location and stay. We are so thankful to the kind staff that have posted a wallet we left at the property, and covered the cost! above and beyond and we hope to visit again soon.
Central and the staff were very pleasant.
